Help CenterWithdrawal limits depend on your VIP level and on the payment method you use. You can confirm the limits that currently apply to your account through customer support.
Per-transaction limits may apply to each payment method, and minimum amounts per method are shown on the withdrawal screen. There is also a daily limit on the number of withdrawal requests and on the amount. Additional verification (KYC) may be requested while a withdrawal is being processed.
If you request more than your daily limit
We process the amount that fits within today's limit, and you request the remainder from the next day. Each request is then handled in turn until the full amount has been paid out.
Larger withdrawals may therefore be paid in several instalments rather than in one transfer. Moving up VIP levels raises your withdrawal limits, so higher-level players can withdraw larger amounts in fewer transactions. Full details are in Section 7 of our Terms & Conditions.
