When verification is requested
Verification is not required by default when you register or deposit, and it is not required for every withdrawal. But we take a risk-based approach, so it can be requested at any point in the life of your account:
- at registration
- at deposit
- before a withdrawal
- when you change personal or payment details
- at any other time when risk indicators arise
This does not depend on whether you have requested a withdrawal.
What happens while it is pending
Where verification has been requested, account functions — deposits, gameplay and withdrawals — may be restricted until it is complete.
We recommend completing verification in advance, before you want to withdraw. Where a withdrawal is affected, its processing time is counted from the moment verification is completed, not from when you submitted the request.
