You must be at least 18 years old, or the higher minimum legal gambling age in the place where you are located — whichever is higher. We can ask for proof of age at any time, and an account stays suspended until satisfactory proof is provided.
If someone under 18 is found to have registered, the account is closed, winnings are voided and deposits are returned.
Where you are
You may only use BUUNIX where online gambling is lawful in the place you are located. It is your responsibility to check this before you register.
People located in, or resident in, a Restricted Jurisdiction may not register, deposit or play. We use technical measures, including IP-based restrictions, to enforce this. If we find that an account was opened from a restricted country, or through means designed to conceal location, we may suspend or close it and void wagers.
Using a VPN or any other way of hiding or misrepresenting where you are is a breach of our Terms & Conditions. Access is based on where you are actually located, and if use from a restricted jurisdiction is identified, your account may be restricted or subject to measures under the Terms & Conditions.
Travelling
Access is decided by the country or region you are in at the time. If you travel somewhere the service is available, you can keep playing as usual. In a restricted jurisdiction, access may be blocked while you are there — your account and balance stay intact, and you can log in again once you are back in a region where the service is available. If you want to check a destination before you travel, contact customer support.
