Activate it first — this is the part people miss

The Welcome Bonus must be activated in your account before you make the qualifying deposit. A deposit made before activation does not trigger the bonus, and it is not applied retroactively.

You can activate it at sign-up or on the Bonus page.

If you have already deposited without activating, you can still activate it afterwards — it will then apply to your next qualifying deposit. The bonus is not limited to your very first deposit: as long as you have not received it yet, it applies to the first qualifying deposit you make after activating it.

The qualifying deposit

Your first deposit of at least $20 made after activating the bonus. The threshold is assessed on the amount received after network and processing fees, which is why we recommend sending $25 or more so fees don't put you under.

Wagering and play

25x the bonus amount, within 14 days. While the bonus is active the standard bonus rules apply: $0.10–$5.00 bet range, slots contribute 100%, live casino and other game types 10%, and some game categories are blocked entirely. See Bonus wagering, bet limits and excluded games.

Requesting a withdrawal while the bonus is active cancels the bonus and any winnings in your bonus balance.

The maximum that can be converted from this bonus to your Real Balance is $2,000 — anything above that is removed on conversion.

If fees put your deposit under $20

Contact support. We will check your case and, where the conditions are met, restore your eligibility so the bonus applies to your next deposit. This can be done once per player.
