Tiers
Levels run: Entry → Bronze → Silver → Gold → Platinum → Diamond. The XP needed for each level, and the benefits attached to it, are shown in the VIP section of the website.
Benefits
VIP levels carry benefits including rakeback, weekly cashback and higher withdrawal limits. The benefit values displayed in your account are the ones that apply to you.
Rakeback
Rakeback returns a portion of your wagers based on your betting activity. It accrues automatically on casino game wagers, whether you win or lose, and is credited to your Real Balance with no additional wagering requirement. Rakeback rates increase with your VIP level — rates by level and the applicable limits are shown in the VIP section.
Weekly cashback
Weekly cashback returns part of your net casino losses for the week to players at Bronze level and above. It is paid automatically every Monday and credited to your Real Balance with no wagering requirement. The rate and cap depend on your VIP level.
Sports bets
Sports bets are not included in rakeback or cashback. Instead, sports bets earn VIP XP at the same rate as casino play, so they count fully toward your VIP level.
Milestone payments
Certain VIP levels carry milestone rewards, paid to your Real Balance. From Gold, a dedicated VIP host is assigned and will walk you through your benefits personally. Milestone payments carry no extra bonus wagering — only the standard 1x deposit requirement applies.

- XP from promotions — the Daily Wheel and Daily Check-In — counts toward VIP progress.
- XP has no cash value and cannot be withdrawn or transferred.
