First check the transaction status in your wallet or exchange. If the blockchain confirmations are not complete yet, the deposit will be credited automatically once they are.
If the transaction is confirmed on the blockchain but not credited to your account, contact customer support and have these details ready — it lets us find the transaction straight away.
For a crypto deposit: - the transaction hash (TXID) - the cryptocurrency used - the network you sent it on - the amount sent - roughly when you sent it
If you sent it on a different network from the one shown on the deposit screen, see Sent to the wrong address or network.
For a card or local payment: - the amount - the method used - the date and time - any reference or receipt number from your provider
"Declined by limits"
If you deposit an amount very close to the minimum, network fees can bring the credited amount below the minimum, and the deposit is rejected as under-limit — even though the crypto has already left your wallet.
We can confirm receipt and credit the amount actually received to your balance. Note that what is credited is the amount received, not the amount you sent.
To avoid this, send comfortably above the minimum rather than exactly at it.
If it cost you a bonus
- Welcome Bonus: if your first deposit lands below the $20 threshold because of fees, contact support. Where the conditions are met we will restore your eligibility so the bonus applies to your next deposit. This can be done once per player.
- Welcome Sports Freebet: activate it on the Promotions page before you deposit. If a deposit lands below the $10 threshold because of fees, the freebet is not granted for that deposit; it will be granted with your next deposit that arrives at $10 or more.
