Keeping your account secure

You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for everything done on your account using valid credentials.

We strongly recommend turning on two-factor authentication (2FA) where it is available. You can enable it in the security settings of your profile by connecting an authentication app; you will then be asked for a verification code when you sign in from a new device or when additional security checks are required.

Never share your password or verification codes with anyone. BUUNIX staff will never ask for your password.

Tell support immediately if you think your details have been lost, stolen or used by someone else.

Changing your email address or password

You can change your password and your email address in My Profile. Changing your email may need additional verification, such as confirming the new address. Some verified personal details, such as your name and date of birth, cannot be changed by you directly — contact customer support if a change is needed.

Security holds on changes

For your protection, when critical account information changes — email address, password, phone number, removal of 2FA, or registered withdrawal details — we may run extra security checks or place a temporary hold on withdrawals while the change is verified. Deposits and gameplay stay available during that review.

If your account is compromised

If you think someone has accessed your account, change your password immediately and contact customer support. We will guide you through securing your account, and identity verification may be requested along the way.

If you report that your account has been compromised we act immediately: active sessions are terminated, a withdrawal hold is placed and credentials are reset, before we complete our investigation. Your identity is re-verified against your KYC records — we will not rely only on a channel we suspect has been compromised.

Where our investigation shows funds were moved without your authorisation, the matter is handled under Section 11 of the Terms and may be reported to the competent authorities.
