Withdrawal requests are processed after review. We aim to review and process them as quickly as possible, and most are handled quickly. Once a withdrawal is approved, the time until the funds arrive depends on the confirmation speed of the currency and network you chose.
Processing times are targets, not guarantees. A request can take longer where:
- identity, security or AML verification is required
- it is a first withdrawal to a new wallet address or bank account (manual review)
- it follows a recent change to critical account information
- an investigation is pending on the account
- there are delays at payment providers or on blockchain networks outside our control
Where verification is required, the processing time is counted from the moment verification is completed — which is why we recommend verifying in advance.
Where source-of-funds evidence has been requested, processing begins once satisfactory evidence has been received.
If we need anything from you during the review, we will ask by email — please check your registered email. If you have not received any request and your withdrawal is taking longer than you expected, contact live chat and we will tell you what it is waiting on.
