How do I withdraw?

Withdrawals are requested in the Cashier, to either:

• a fiat payment method held in your own name, or
• a cryptocurrency wallet address you specify

Where technically possible, fiat withdrawals go back to the method you deposited with. Cryptocurrency withdrawals do not have to go to the wallet you deposited from — any wallet address under your control can be used.

How to request a withdrawal

1. Select a payment method in the withdrawal menu.
2. Enter the amount and your wallet address (cryptocurrency) or account details (fiat).
3. Submit your request. It is processed after review.

Minimums and fees

Cryptocurrency withdrawals start from the equivalent of $10. Minimums for other payment methods are shown on the withdrawal screen.

BUUNIX does not charge its own withdrawal fees. Blockchain network fees may apply to cryptocurrency withdrawals, and some payment methods may carry fees charged by the payment service provider.

What we check before processing

Before a withdrawal is processed we may verify that:

1. any requested KYC verification is complete
2. the applicable wagering requirements have been met
3. the request is within the applicable limits
4. no investigation is pending on the account

First withdrawal to a new destination

The first withdrawal to a new cryptocurrency wallet address or a new bank account is subject to manual review and confirmation. This is a security step and applies to everyone.

Withdrawals requested shortly after a change to critical account information may also get an extra security review.

Other things to know

• You can have one withdrawal in progress at a time. Once it has been completed, you can submit the next one.
• Withdrawals are subject to a daily limit on the number of requests and on the amount. Anything above your limit can be requested again the next day — see Withdrawal limits.
• Withdrawals may be restricted while a wagering requirement is outstanding or a verification request is open. You can check your remaining wagering requirement in My Profile.
• Funds under a pending withdrawal request remain part of your account balance until the request is approved and executed.
• Large withdrawals may be split into instalments consistent with your daily limit.
• Requesting a withdrawal while a bonus with unmet wagering is active cancels that bonus and any winnings held in the bonus balance.
