How do I submit documents, and how long does verification take?

How to submit

Upload your documents through the verification section of your account. If we have asked you to, you can also reply to a request sent from an official @buunix.com address.

We never ask for documents through social media, messaging apps or third parties. If someone contacts you that way claiming to be from BUUNIX, do not send anything — contact us through live chat or support@buunix.com.

We may use specialised verification providers to check that documents and the data in them are genuine. This is described in our Privacy Policy.

How long it takes

Review begins once complete and satisfactory documents have been received. Review times vary with how many requests are in the queue and how complex the case is, so we do not quote a fixed time.

Where a withdrawal is affected, its processing time is counted from the completion of verification.

We will tell you the outcome, and if a document is not accepted, exactly what is still needed.
