Game results, RTP and malfunctions

Where results come from

Games are supplied by licensed third-party providers. Outcomes are determined by the provider's certified random number generator (RNG) or live-game result, and live casino games are streamed in real time with real dealers. BUUNIX has no influence over game outcomes.

The result recorded in the game provider's system is the authoritative record of each round.

Game rules and RTP

Game rules, return-to-player (RTP) information and paytables are available inside each game — click the "i" icon when you open it. It is your responsibility to read the rules of a game before playing.

Malfunctions

A malfunction is any error, defect, interruption or failure of the website, cashier, a game or communication infrastructure that makes a round, price, payout or balance differ from what the certified game logic would have produced.

A malfunction voids the affected play and pay. Where one is verified:

  • affected game rounds are voided
  • stakes on voided rounds are returned to your Real Balance
  • winnings, bonuses or balance increments caused by the malfunction are removed

Interrupted rounds

If a round is interrupted — by a connection failure, for example — and the provider's system records a completed result, that result stands and is settled accordingly.

A round that has not settled yet

In rare cases the game provider takes extra time to finalise a round. Please allow some time for it to complete — the result will then be reflected in your balance. If it still is not after a while, contact customer support with the game name and the approximate time.

Reporting a fault

Report game faults to support with the game name, the time it happened and, if possible, a screenshot. We investigate with the relevant game provider and settle verified faults as above. Compensation beyond the return of affected stakes is at the company's discretion.
