How do I place a sports bet?
In the sportsbook, choose an event and a market and your selection is added to the bet slip. Enter your stake on the slip, check the potential return and confirm the bet. Combining several events in one bet creates a combination (multi) bet, and confirmed bets can be viewed under My Bets. Bet acceptance and settlement follow our Sports Betting Rules.
What is the welcome freebet?
The welcome freebet is a one-time $10 sports free bet for new players. To receive it, first activate the Welcome Freebet on the Promotions page, then deposit $10 or more — the freebet is granted once your deposit arrives in your account. Deposits made without activating it do not qualify, so please follow this order. It is separate from the welcome bonus, so you can receive both; each one needs to be activated. The freebet can be used in the sportsbook on single pre-match bets (one selection) with odds from 1.50 to 10.00, and it is valid for 7 days from being granted. If your bet wins, the winnings excluding the freebet stake are paid to your real balance (up to $90 per freebet), with no additional wagering requirement. An unused freebet expires after 7 days. I deposited $10 but did not receive the freebet.
First, please check that you activated the Welcome Freebet on the Promotions page before depositing — the freebet is granted on a deposit made after activation, not on deposits made without it. If you did activate it, the freebet is based on the amount that actually arrives in your account. With cryptocurrency deposits, network fees may reduce the amount received, and if it falls below the $10 threshold the freebet is not granted for that deposit; it will be granted with your next deposit that arrives at $10 or more. If you use a network with fees, we recommend depositing with some margin. If you are unsure whether the freebet was activated or granted, please contact support.
What is Combo Boost?
Combo Boost is an always-on sportsbook offer that adds extra winnings to combination (multi) bets. When a pre-match combination has 3 or more selections and every selection has odds of 1.50 or higher, a boost multiplier is applied to your winnings automatically — no opt-in needed. The boost grows with the number of selections, from +5% for 3 selections up to +50% for 12 or more; the full table is in our Bonus Rules. The boost that applies is shown on your bet slip before you place the bet, and the value shown is the one that counts. If some selections are voided (cancelled or postponed), the boost is recalculated on the remaining valid selections, and cashed-out bets receive no boost. Winnings including the boost remain subject to the maximum winnings limit in our Sports Betting Rules, and boosted winnings carry no additional wagering requirement. The event has ended, but my bet is still not settled.
Bets are settled once the official result is confirmed, and some markets require additional verification from the results provider, which can take longer. If your bet remains unsettled well after the official result is confirmed, please contact customer support with the bet ID. Settlement follows our Sports Betting Rules and is based on the official results provider's record.
How do I use Cash Out?
Cash Out lets you settle a bet before the event ends at the value shown at that moment, and it is offered only on selected bets and events. Availability is not guaranteed and may be withdrawn at any time, including during the request. The Cash Out value changes in real time, and an accepted Cash Out cannot be reversed. Cashed-out bets do not receive the Combo Boost, and Bet Builder bets are not eligible for Cash Out.
What is Bet Builder?
Bet Builder lets you combine several markets from the same event into one bet and is offered on selected events. A Bet Builder bet is settled as a single bet on the combined outcome; if any selection in it is voided, the whole bet is settled as void. Bet Builder bets are not eligible for Cash Out. Odds look different before and after I log in.
The odds value is the same — only the display format differs. Before you log in, odds may be shown in the default format for your region (for example, American odds such as +270); after login they are shown as decimal odds (for example, 3.70). You can change the format in the sportsbook settings. The odds shown on your bet slip when you confirm a bet are the ones that apply.
What happens to my bet if an event is postponed or cancelled?
If an event is postponed, interrupted or cancelled, bets are handled in accordance with our Sports Betting Rules. Depending on the circumstances, the bet may remain open until the event is completed, or the selection may be voided and the stake returned. In a combination bet, if some selections are voided, the bet is settled on the remaining valid selections. Sport-specific rules are set out in our Sports Betting Rules.
