Quick answers about deposit amounts, timing, fees and the cryptocurrencies we accept.

What are the minimum and maximum deposit amounts?

Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are shown on the deposit screen. Per-transaction maximum limits may apply depending on the payment method. For larger transactions, additional verification, including source of funds, may be requested.

What is the minimum deposit?

Cryptocurrency deposits start from small amounts around the equivalent of $1, with the exact minimum varying by currency and network — please check the deposit screen. Other payment methods have their own minimum amounts. Two things to note:

  • Network fees may reduce the amount that arrives compared to what you send. If you send exactly the minimum, the received amount may fall short — please deposit with some margin. If your deposit arrives below the minimum, please contact customer support.
  • Some bonuses have their own minimum deposit requirements. For example, the welcome bonus applies to deposits of $20 or more.

What is the maximum deposit amount?

Maximum deposit limits vary depending on the payment method, and per-transaction limits may apply. Amounts exceeding a limit can be deposited across multiple transactions. For larger deposits, additional verification, including source of funds, may be requested. If you are planning to deposit larger amounts, please contact customer support — we will be happy to assist you.

How long does a deposit take?

Cryptocurrency deposits are credited once the required number of blockchain confirmations is reached — usually within a few minutes. The time depends on the currency and network used and on network congestion. Processing times for other payment methods depend on the payment service provider.

I deposited, but it is not in my account.

First check the transaction status in your wallet or exchange. If the blockchain confirmations are not yet complete, the deposit will be credited automatically once they are. If the transaction is confirmed on the blockchain but not credited to your account, please send the transaction hash (TXID), currency, network and amount to customer support. If you sent funds on a network different from the one shown on the deposit screen, please see Q51.

I deposited on the wrong network.

Funds sent on a network other than the one shown on the deposit screen are not credited automatically and, in some cases, may not be recoverable. Please send the transaction hash (TXID), currency, network and amount to customer support and we will check whether recovery is possible. Even where recovery is possible, it may take time or incur network fees. Always make sure the network in your wallet matches the network on the deposit screen before sending.

Are there deposit fees?

BUUNIX does not charge its own deposit fees. However, blockchain network fees apply when you send cryptocurrency; they are deducted on the sending side, so the amount that arrives may be lower than the amount you sent. If you buy cryptocurrency with a card to deposit, the purchase provider's fees may apply.

Which cryptocurrencies do you accept?

We currently support deposits and withdrawals in: USDT (ERC20·TRC20), USDC (ERC20), BTC, ETH, SOL, XRP, DOGE, SHIB, BCH, TRX. Supported currencies and networks are subject to change — please check the deposit and withdrawal screens for the current list. Important: Only send funds using the currency and network shown on the deposit screen. Funds sent via an unsupported network may not be recoverable. In particular, USDT and USDC exist on multiple networks, so please double-check that the network matches before sending.
