What is the welcome bonus?
The welcome bonus is a one-time deposit bonus for new BUUNIX players. Activate the bonus and deposit $20 or more, and you will receive 120% of your deposit as bonus funds, up to a maximum of $240. Getting it is simple: ① activate the welcome bonus on the Bonus page, then ② make a deposit of $20 or more, and the bonus will be credited. Be sure to activate before depositing — the bonus will not apply to deposits made without activation. Bonus funds convert to your real balance once you complete a 25x wagering requirement, with a maximum conversion of $2,000. How much do I need to deposit to receive the welcome bonus?
To receive the welcome bonus, please deposit $20 or more. You will receive 120% of your deposit as bonus funds, up to a maximum of $240. Please note: with cryptocurrency deposits, network fees may reduce the amount that actually arrives in your account, and bonus eligibility is based on the amount received. If you are using a network with higher fees, we recommend depositing with some margin. Can I receive the welcome bonus on a second deposit?
Yes. The welcome bonus is not limited to your first deposit — as long as you have not yet received it, it applies to a deposit made after you activate the bonus. Just remember to activate the bonus before depositing; it will not apply to deposits made without activation. The welcome bonus is available once per player, so if you have already received it, it cannot be claimed again. If you missed the bonus by depositing without activating it, one-time assistance may be available in accordance with our Bonus Rules — please contact customer support. How do I check my remaining wagering requirement?
You can check your remaining wagering requirement in My Profile, or contact customer support for assistance. Please note that during bonus play, games contribute to wagering requirements at different rates (see our Bonus Rules for details), so the requirement may decrease at different speeds depending on the game. Also note that submitting a withdrawal request while a wagering requirement is outstanding will cancel any active bonus.
Can I decline or cancel a bonus?
Yes. Bonuses at BUUNIX must be activated by you and are never applied automatically. If you do not want a bonus, simply do not activate it. Once activated, you can cancel a bonus yourself at any time from the Bonus page. Please note that upon cancellation, the bonus amount and any winnings generated from it will be removed — this is confirmed again at the cancellation step. If you submit a withdrawal request while a wagering requirement is outstanding, any active bonus will be cancelled.
Do unused rewards expire?
Yes. Rewards that have been granted but not claimed (activated) expire at 23:59 UTC on the last day of the calendar month in which they were granted. In addition, activated bonuses are subject to their own validity periods — for example, free spins must be activated and used within set timeframes, and any bonus not completed within its validity period, along with related progress, will be forfeited. The specific timeframes for each reward can be found in our Bonus Rules and the terms of the relevant promotion. Expired rewards cannot be restored.
Why am I not receiving a promotion?
There are several possible reasons why a promotion may not apply. Please check the following first:
- Have you activated the promotion? Bonuses at BUUNIX must be activated by you and are never applied automatically.
- Do you meet the participation requirements (minimum deposit, promotional period, VIP level requirements, etc.)? The conditions for each promotion can be found in our Bonus Rules and the relevant promotion terms.
- Has the reward expired? Unclaimed rewards expire at the end of the calendar month in which they were granted.
If none of the above applies, promotional offers may be restricted for your account in accordance with our Terms & Conditions. BUUNIX reserves the right to offer, modify, or restrict promotions. For further assistance, please contact customer support.
I cannot see my free spins.
Please check the following in order:
- Have you activated them? Free spins must be activated by you after they are granted, and they expire if not activated within the activation period.
- Are you in the designated game? Free spins are only visible and usable in the game(s) designated for the relevant promotion. They will not appear in other games.
- Has the usage period passed? Activated free spins have a usage deadline; once it passes, any remaining spins and related progress are forfeited.
- Have you met the deposit history requirement? The daily spin wheel is available once per day to players who have made at least one single deposit of $10 or more. If you have not yet made such a deposit, the wheel will not be displayed. Unused daily spins do not carry over to the next day. Some free spin promotions may have their own separate deposit conditions.

Can I choose the free-spin game?
Free spins can only be used on the game(s) designated for each promotion and cannot be applied to a game of your choice. The eligible game(s) are indicated in the relevant promotion details and when you receive your free spins. Once you open the designated game, your free spins will be applied automatically. What is rakeback?
Rakeback is a VIP benefit that returns a portion of your wagers based on your betting activity. It accrues automatically on casino game wagers regardless of whether you win or lose, and accrued rakeback is credited to your real balance with no additional wagering requirement. Rakeback rates increase with your VIP level — for details on rates by level and applicable limits, please see our VIP Program page.
What is weekly cashback?
Weekly cashback is a VIP benefit that returns part of your net casino losses for the week to players at Bronze level and above. It is paid automatically every Monday and credited to your real balance with no wagering requirement. The cashback rate and cap depend on your VIP level, and sports bets are not included in the cashback calculation (sports bets earn VIP XP at the same rate as casino play instead).
