Cryptocurrency withdrawals

Withdrawals are paid in the cryptocurrency and network standard you choose in the cashier, to the wallet address you enter.

You are responsible for the address

Enter an address that supports the asset and the network you selected, and include a memo or tag where the network requires one. A withdrawal sent to the address you provided is final and cannot be reversed. Copy and paste the address; do not type it.

The wallet must be your own

Withdrawals to wallets belonging to someone else are not permitted. The wallet you withdraw to must be under your own control — it does not have to be the wallet you deposited from. Additional security checks may apply in some cases, such as the first withdrawal to a new wallet address.

Fees and amounts

Cryptocurrency withdrawals start from the equivalent of $10. BUUNIX does not charge its own withdrawal fee, but blockchain network fees may apply. Minimum amounts and any network or processing fee are shown in the cashier before you confirm. Where a network fee is deducted, what arrives is the amount you requested minus that fee.

Rates

Your balance is held in USD and converted to the cryptocurrency you chose at the rate shown at the time the withdrawal is processed, not at the time you requested it. Market movements between those two moments are not our responsibility.

What has to be satisfied first

A withdrawal is subject to:

• any verification we have asked for — see Why we verify accounts
• the standard 1x wagering requirement on each deposit — see The 1x deposit wagering requirement
• the withdrawal limits for your VIP level and payment method — see Withdrawal limits
• no other withdrawal still in progress — you can have one withdrawal in progress at a time
• any review in progress

Your first withdrawal to a new wallet address goes through a manual review. That is routine and applies to everyone.

Timing

Processing times are targets, not guarantees. They can be extended by verification, a security review, or congestion on the network itself. See How long withdrawals take.
