Help CenterThese rules apply whenever a bonus with a wagering requirement is active on your account.
Bonuses at BUUNIX must be activated by you and are never applied automatically. If you do not want a bonus, simply do not activate it.
Checking your progress
You can check your remaining wagering requirement in My Profile, or ask customer support. Because games contribute at different rates (see below), the requirement goes down at different speeds depending on what you play.
Bonus balance
Bonus funds and free-spin winnings are credited to your bonus balance. Bonus balance converts to Real Balance only when the wagering requirement for that bonus is completed within its validity period.
While a bonus is active, wagers are taken from the bonus balance first, then from your Real Balance. Winnings from bonus wagers accrue to the bonus balance.
Bet limits
The permitted bet range is $0.10 to $5.00 per bet.
Bets above $5.00 are not blocked, but they do not count toward the wagering requirement. This catches people out — keep bets at $5.00 or below while clearing wagering.

Excluded categories
These are blocked while a bonus is active and cannot be played with bonus funds:
- Crash games
- Plinko
- Dice
- Hi-Lo
- Fishing games
- Progressive jackpot games
Bonus buy features are also excluded from bonus play.
Opening an excluded game with an active bonus shows a notice, and the game will not start with bonus funds.
Cancellation
- You can cancel an active bonus yourself at any time from the Bonus page. The bonus amount and any winnings generated from it are removed — you are asked to confirm this at the cancellation step.
- Requesting a withdrawal while a bonus with unmet wagering is active cancels that bonus and any winnings held in the bonus balance.
- If a bonus expires before wagering is completed, the remaining bonus balance is removed.
Maximum conversion
Each bonus states a maximum amount that can be converted from bonus balance to Real Balance. Winnings above that maximum are removed on conversion.
Rewards paid direct to Real Balance
Rewards credited straight to Real Balance — such as XP-derived benefits and milestone payments — carry no additional wagering of their own. The standard 1x deposit requirement still applies.
