Material changes are announced and, where appropriate, notified at login or by email before they take effect. If you do not accept an amendment, you may close your account and withdraw your verified balance.
Taxes

Governing law
The Terms are governed by the laws of the Autonomous Island of Anjouan, Union of the Comoros, and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its competent courts — without prejudice to your right to escalate a complaint to the licensing authority.
